So I never heard of a Liebster Award until I got nominated by Erica. It's a fun way to get to know people. It's for bloggers who have less than 200 followers. I was quite honored to do this! I did not expect to get nominated so much though. Since being nominated by Erica I have gotten many others. So I figure once I get my questions from those bloggers I will add on to this post. I needed to post this NOW before I am way over my head. It actually takes a little bit of time. So I hope you enjoy!!!

Facts about me
1. My parents are deaf – I was doing sign language before I learned how to talk.
2. I am a scaredy cat. Let’s elaborate shall we? Scared to step on a plane, scared of amusement park rides, get anxiety in the car when it snows (I live in MN this should not be happening to me) this is only a short list.
3. I have never seen the ocean.
4. I love baking and cooking. I spend hours online finding new recipes to try.
5. I love to read – and I am a fast reader. I can read a book I am really into in less than a day.
6. If I had to choose a hotel stay or camping – I would choose camping hands down.
7. I love to go fishing but I won’t touch the bait, or the fish. I am glad the hubs will do all that stuff.
8. My wardrobe mainly consists of sweats. I am not afraid to leave the house in a pair of sweats!
9. All I want for Christmas is to be pregnant – I have a very strong desire to be a mom.
10. I cannot live without bread. I love rolls, breadsticks, bagels, anything with bread (Except regular sandwich bread). I would rather eat bread then meat.
11. I cannot sleep without a fan on. For noise and for the cold. Even in the winter.
Nomination 1 – Erica’s Nails and More
1. What is your favourite movie? This is a hard one – I love lots of movies! One movie that I can watch over and over again would have to be P.S. I love you. I am a sucker for these types of movies.
2. What do you do for a living? I currently do not work (The hubby and I only have one vehicle and he works a really difficult schedule to allow me to use it, but we are hoping to change that come tax time) All my experience is in customer service.
3. If you could rename your favourite polish colour, what polish would you choose and what would you rename it? Well I am big on black nail polish. For this question though my favorite polish (even though I’ve never tried it or own it) is Essie Starry Starry Night – I would rename it… Essie Never Going to Get a Piece of This. Sorry being a smarty pants over here. This question is hard to answer.
4. What other hobbies do you have other than polishing? I love doing crafts – I am really into quilting. When I don’t feel like doing that I am looking up new recipes and trying them out. I also got really into canning goods from our garden and I became obsessed over the summer doing this.
5. What movie or TV show best describes your personality? Not in a white trash kind of way but I feel like Roseanne displays my personality the best.
6. If you could have a fictional character as your best friend, who would it be? Bella – just so I could hang with the hotties haha
7. What is the one thing in life you wish you could do-over? Why? Without making this a long book I will have to say I wish I didn't leave college. When my parents spilt up my siblings were pretty young, my mom does not drive and I was an hour away. I kind of dropped everything to come home and put the pieces together. I wish I would have stayed in school and do what I could to do both things. I feel like I have this college debt and nothing to show for it.
8. What is your staple product for hand and nail care, something you can't live or leave home without? Burt’s Bees Lemon Butter Cuticle Cream. Have multiples of this stuff!
9. What is your favourite song from a movie? I would have to say A Thousand Years by Christina Perri from the Twilight saga. This is the song I was going to walk down the aisle to but we had sound issues the day of our wedding.
10. What is your favourite type/style of nail art? Just starting this nail art stuff I really enjoy polka dots – mainly because I feel they turn out the best. I am also digging saran wrap manicures.
11. What super power do you wish you had? Why? If I had to choose, it would be to be able to be in multiple places at the same time. I feel like I need to be with my hubby but also I have a strong need to be close to my family which currently lives 600 miles away.
